Since 1971, J. Michael Williams/Williams Insurance has been providing service excellence with integrity, competence and a special care and concern for client needs. He is a highly respected member of the insurance industry. He has taught insurance classes to other licensed professionals at Blackhawk Technical College. He has pursued additional education through the American College based in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and the Life Underwriter Training Council, Washington, DC.
He has served as a Congressional Advisor on Health Insurance and chairman of the Southern Wisconsin Association of Health Insurance Agents.
He continues an active role in the community and industry. He is past president of the Southern Wisconsin Insurance Agents Associations and served as chairperson of its Ethics Committee. The organization named him as its Distinguished Service Award recipient. He has been President, Officer, Advisor and Director for many organizations such as: United Way, Jaycees, Chamber of Commerce, Rock River First, North East Business Association, and other civic groups. He is an Independent Broker and Benefit Planner representing many quality insurance companies and specializes in employee benefit plans and health insurance.
